Whether one of your staff needs to send a PDF of a print ad to a local newspaper, track response to an online campaign (see ‘Measuring response) or view a short film, they can access work as and when required. And because everything is online, you save the space that would normally be taken up by paper records and do your bit to save the planet. |

links have they used and how often?
Have they forwarded the mail to any ‘friends’
